What kind of sealing material do you use?

This axial flow control valve, the valve seat and the valve seat adopt a combination of soft-hard sealing, in which the valve seat adopts the form of 17-4PH + Stellite alloy sealing surface, and there must be a hardness difference between the soft seat and the hard seat. The metal seat does not need to be welded, so the metal valve seat seals.

The Hardness Difference Between the Transmission Parts

To prevent axial flow control valve from being stuck during operation, the abnormal working condition caused the valve to be stuck and not move; for example, the pipeline was not cleaned properly, resulting in the presence of residual welding slag and other hard particles. All the mating surfaces of the axial flow regulating valve are designed with a hardness difference, and the hardness difference is not less than HB50.

There is a linear motion duplex between the valve stem and the sleeve, and it is easy to have a lock-up phenomenon due to high pressure, dirty medium, etc., so our company designs a certain hardness difference between the valve stem and sleeve. The valve stem adopts 17-4 PH precipitation hardening treatment and surface nitriding treatment, which greatly improves the hardness of the valve stem. The sleeve adopts Q5n6.5 -0.1 series bronze alloy, which is much softer than the valve stem, thus avoiding the phenomenon of valve lock.
