Working Principle of Sleeve-Type Drain Valve
1. Closed State
The PTFE end face of the sleeve type drain valve is embedded in the internal cavity of the valve seat and is pressed against the valve seat end face to form a soft seal; The inner conical surface of the valve seat hard sealing pair presses against the conical surface of the nozzle to form another layer of hard sealing. At the same time as the soft sealing elastic deformation, the double-quality sealing of soft and hard ensures “zero leakage” of the gas medium.
2. State of Throttling and Discharge

When the sealing of the valve seat is close to the valve seat, the particles and impurities passing through the gap will be blown away by the vortex force in the valve seat and the radial force of the medium in the valve seat, ensuring that the valve is completely blown away and the sealing performance is guaranteed after the valve is discharged.
