Transportation and Storage of Electric Control Valve

On-Site Installation
Specifically, pay attention to the following points:
Installation personnel should first recognize that the electric control valve is a precision instrument and equipment, and should not be bumped or dropped to avoid damage.
The valve is best installed vertically on the pipe. A support frame should be added in cases where the valve has a large self-weight and vibration.
The valve body should be avoided from being subjected to excessive stress due to severe misalignment between the front and rear piping or flanges.
Before the first start-up and after the shutdown inspection, the piping system should be flushed and then the regulating valve should be installed. Or install a transitional filter mouth before the valve.
The electric control valve must be installed in accordance with the arrow indicating the direction of flow on the valve body.
