Open the Valve
When starting up, water from the pipe valve passes through filters in control pipelines. The shut-off valve and high-pressure pipe enter the lower part of the diaphragm chamber or piston cylinder. Under the action of water pressure, the diaphragm or piston moves upward, slowly opens the small valve plate, and at the same time, the large valve plate opens at the same time as the small valve plate under the action of water pressure to complete the opening of the pipe. The opening speed of the pipe valve can be adjusted according to the requirements of the working conditions, and the stop valve of the pipeline system can be adjusted to achieve the best effect.
Close the Valve
When the pump stops, the flow rate in the pipe valve drops sharply, and the medium in the valve inlet loses pressure, which automatically closes under the action of the heavy valve plate. Up to 70-80%. The water flow is cut off, and at the same time, part of the return water enters the diaphragm chamber or the upper part of the piston cylinder of the filter, shut-off valve, high-pressure pipe, and control pipeline system, pushing the diaphragm or piston slowly downward to close the small valve plate, ultimately achieving closure.
