C-type: It is used for cleaning pipes. The quasi-type cleaning valve device is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the pipeline, which plays the role of launching and receiving cleaning tools and also has the function of cutting off.
B-type: It is a bypass cleaning valve. When installed, it is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the pipe. It opens two circular channels vertically in the hollow sphere in the direction of the ball hole. This structure ensures that even when the cleaning valve is fired or received, there will be no cleaning valve. The cleaning valve cannot be used as a cutting valve.
S-type mainly isolates and sequentially transports the medium, preventing the mixing of the medium and the flushing valve. The diameter of the device is slightly larger than that of the pipeline, and there is an additional seal in the ball hole of the receiving flushing valve to ensure that the isolation flushing valve forms a seal when it reaches the receiving flushing valve.
Fire Safety Design of PIG Valve
When the PIG valve seat plug is burnt, a metal-to-metal seal is formed between the ball and the valve seat. High-temperature graphite gaskets are installed between the valve body and the valve cover, as well as at the valve stem, to ensure the reliability of high-temperature sealing. Fire resistance test conforms to API 6FA and API 607 standards.
